※ Tax Identification Number (TIN)

※ Value Added Tax (VAT)

※ TAX ID

• 發(fā)貨人、收貨人、通知人必須提供完整的公司名稱、地址，并且顯示在提單上。
• 如果是to order 提單， 收貨人不接受顯示“To the order" / "To the order of xxx", 只接受顯示格式為"To order" / "To order of xxx "。
• 不接受以下包裝單位：Pallet (僅限于Milk/Milk Derivatives/Balanced food for cats and dogs/Additives and supplements for animal consumption/Viscera/Offal這些品名使用）; Box Pallet; Pallet Box; Paper Pallet; IBC; Container; Poly Container; Steel Container; Wire Container; Wooden Container; Plastic Film Bag; Plastic Bag; Skid; Bundle; Loose
• 只有“20FL”, “40FL”, “40FQ”, “40SR” 這四種柜型可以接受無封條號并請顯示 ”NO SEAL” ，其他類型的集裝箱必須要提供完整準(zhǔn)確的鉛封號并顯示在提單上;
